Janey the manager of the Solana for the first 4 series, constantly complaining about the useless and shirking staff and is equally as brutal to the guests. A gobby blond with a killer put down it takes her leaving to admit to herself just how much she loves Benidorm.
Carmen York
Janey's secret daughter who ends up working for Kenneth in Blow and Go, the hotels salon, despite looking like she urgently needs a make over herself. She pretends to not understand English and is happy to work for the shirking Kenneth on minimum wage while she spies on the new hotel manager Joyce Temple-Savage in a desperate attempt by Janey to come back to the Solana.
Joyce Temple Savage
The Solana's new manager taking over from Janey in series 5. Idea's way above her station, desperate to make a mark and turn around the flagging fortunes of the Solana by making it a 4 and then 5 star resort, despite the fact that she herself lives surrounded by her own mess. Desperate for love and adoration, quick to forgive 'the idiots' that surround her and not beyond blackmail herself. Great in a fight as she proves by knocking Kenneths front teeth out in a brawl that takes place throught the hotel.
Mateo Castenollo
Spanish cassonova, works behind the pool bar during the day, a perfect spot for pulling, with multiple conquests including Kelly a holiday rep, Martin Weedons wife Kate and Natalie. Depsite their differences he;s good friends with Janey, even though she's always threatening to sake him and has become close to Liam and Les/Lesley helping him out of a tricky spot which led him to being arrested as a drag prostitute in Benidorms Old Town.
Les/Lesley Conroy
Lesley or Les you just never know who you are going to be getting, Les the doting dad of Liam or Lesley the roller skating transvestite hotel barman and general handyman. He first came to prominance in Benidorm when he went out on a date with Geoff Maltby in series 3 before joining the staff at the Solana the following year. Very popular and kind hearted, universally liked and helpful and always ready to help out.
Liam Conroy
The dim witted but lovely Liam came out to visit his dad in series 4 as a holiday maker and made an instance beeline for Natalie, although he ended up getting off with her mate Sam. Totally clueless he joined the staff the following year, goodness only knows how, as a general handyman around the hotel often with disasterous results. but showed an amazing aptitude for the Beauty business and at the end of seiries 5 annonced to Joyce he was leaving to join Kenneths team in the Blow and Go.
Kenneth Du Beke
Kenneth worked for Gavin and Troy in their salon in the UK and when Troy had to abandon his annual holiday with Gavin to manage the business empire left to him by his long lost father Kenneth took his place. Hughly smutty and unself aware, a lazy shirker always up for a night out he came back the following year to take over the hotel salon Blow and Go. Employing Carmel on minimum wage to do all the work he had a particularly difficult time with Joyce Temple-Savage which resulted in her knocking out his front teeth in front of all the guests in the episode The Hotel Inspector, although they ended the series as friends.
Asa Elliot
Asa Elliot plays himself, the singer in the Solana Bar, Neptunes. Appeared as a regular in series 5 where he entertains the guests at the end of each episode
Cyril Babcock
Cyril is an old flame of Joyce's, first appearing in series 5. A bitter failed dance instructor he had a dance off with Matao and made the foolish move of taking Madge on who put him in very much in his place. Set to return in series 6.
Kelly
The hotels holiday rep who was engaged to Mateo before he broke her heart. Particularly good friends with Jacqueline and Donald Stewart who worked together to serve some revenge on him. Daughter of Sylvia (played by Wendy Richards) who makes a surprise appearance to see how her daughter is doing and ends up battling Madge.
